When it rains… watch your storm drains

As the rain starts to pour, try to watch how the water around your home or office flows. As the rainwater flows across sidewalks and parking lots it starts to pick up unwanted materials along the way. This time of year there can be an extra amount of dirt and garbage that is trapped in snow piles and is finally getting free. It is important to clean up the dirt and garbage before it gets to your storm drain.
